The backyard is the reason we bought the house in the first place. It has a pool and a backyard - something very rare in Rita Ranch. The lot is really pretty big. We just put in sod and a new sprinkler system and drip. The covered patio runs the length of the house. We put up two ceiling fans and a mist system spans the patio. There is a built in BBQ which is connected to the gas in the house (never worry about running out of propane). The Mountain Dew machine can stay as can all of the backyard furniture. It is party ready. The orange tree is apparently grafted since we also got large lemons off of it this year. Bonus!

If we can do this without an agent the house will be $205000. With an agent, the price will go up about $10000. I am still in process of packing things, so the house is a mess, but if you can see through the disarray, you will see the potential of finishing the inside and the outside will sell you, just check out the pictures!
