Q. How I can upgrade from Business plan to "PRO Business"
Have you signed up a new account or already using your "Business Account"?
If you are a new member and haven't paid yet, then you will see the upgrade option in your account area. Click on upgrade link and your account will be upgraded to "PRO Business". After upgrade, you will have to pay the subscription fee to activate your account. Mere changing status or clicking upgrade will not activate your account.
Upgrade is only possible if your account status is unpaid. Once you paid for Business Account then there is no option for upgrade.
