Very nice and affordable 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home available June 2012. Great location, less than fifteen min from the base with very little traffic. It is also not far from Panama City Beach. The home has a nice open feel to it making seem much larger that it is. The master bedroom is split from the other two bedrooms and has its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are average size and share a bathroom. Home was built in 2005 and has been very well maintained. The A/C unit is regularly maintained by a local company which keeps it running efficiently cutting down on utility costs. The irrigation system has its own water meter witch runs at a cheaper rate which keeps water bill low. I recently installed a new water heater in the house and will install a new washer and dryer before you move in. Renting this home is not a business for me; I plan on keeping the home and want to keep it in good condition so I take care of any issues promptly. I am retired Air Force and take care of my renters! Current renters have been in the home for almost 4 years. The only reason they are moving is due to a military reassignment. I'm sure the current renters would be willing to answer any questions you may have about me or the home. This can be a long term rental if needed as I don't have plans to return to the area for the foreseeable future.
