BUYER SERVICES:
COMMUNICATION: Communication is the key. I can communicate via Phone or E-Mail... whichever you prefer. I am available weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturdays (some Sundays off). I do try to return phone calls and e-mails promptly each day.
YOUR WANTS & NEEDS LIST: After our consultation to better assist me in knowing what you are looking for in a home, I take you out and tour a few homes that "fit" the criteria. One of the things I do to make this search fun is to ask you to "rate this house".
SEARCH: Extensive search of the Multiple Listing Service for homes that match the criteria you've provided. For Sale By Owner websites... there are many homes available on these sites. I subscribe to the major website that pulls all FSBO homes onto one site to keep me updated of what's available in the areas I service.
PREVIEW: I then go out on my own and "preview" homes on my own and will notify you when I find homes that I feel you'd like to see based on the "rate this house" information you gave me.
NEGOTIATE: I speak to the listing agent, gather as much information about the home you wish to purchase and use that information to help you make an offer. I am a skilled negotiator and will get you the best terms and price that I can get you on the home that you desire.
TEAMWORK: Assemble a team to give you the best service we can possibly give to ensure the home buying process goes as smooth as possible for you.
TRUST THE SMALL STUFF TO ME: I know there is a lot of detail work and 'small stuff' that comes with buying a home and I try to take care of as much of it as possible for you so you can concentrate on the things you need to take care of in your daily life.
INFORMATION: Do a CMA (Comparable Market Analysis) and property history check on any home you are interested in to show you value. Supply information about the area about where you wish to live; i.e. schools, churches, activities, etc...
