Sue earned her real estate sales license and was honored as the Howard County Rookie of the Year by the Board of Realtors® in 1987. She has been ranked among the top 1% of Realtors nationwide every year since 1990.
She was a member of the RE/MAX International 100% Club which is awarded only to top producers in the International System; was a member of the exclusive Chairman's Circle Club at Prudential Preferred Properties; was chosen for inclusion in the new publication, 'Who's Who in Residential Real Estate in North America'; is a member of the Howard County Master's Club; is a member of Coldwell Banker's Founder's Club (production in excess of 13 million dollars) and is a Life Member of the Howard County Association of Realtors® Million Dollar Club.

Jane Wettstein, Sue’s partner and daughter, was born in Columbia and has lived in Howard County most of her life. She attended Wilde Lake High School and then went to the University of Arizona and Towson State University to study dance.
She joined the U.S. Navy in December 1999. Jane was trained as an Electronic Technician and maintained communication equipment at the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station in London England until 2002. JOINT COMMAND SOUTHCENT, Larissa Greece was her next command where she maintained NATO communication equipment. During this tour she was qualified as a “Promina Technician” through NATO Communications and Information Systems School in Latina, Italy. In 2004 Jane cross-rated to become a Hospital Corpsman and was next stationed at National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda Maryland. There she cared for wounded Marines and Sailors in the ICU and later monitored Active duty and Veterans in the Cardiac Rehab Unit. While at Bethesda, Jane volunteered to become a certified sexual assault victim advocate. Jane has been recognized in a number of ways for outstanding service while in the Navy: two Flag Letters of Commendation, a Naval Good Conduct Medal, a Joint Service Achievement Medal, an Overseas Service Ribbon, a National Defense Service Medal, and a Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.
